Collie 'School Trip'

Hi to all WASSSCA members, What a great trip we had to Collie last weekend with over 20 members turning up and a big thank you to all that attended. Special thanks to Terry Massara and Co whom greeted and treated us all so well. We all got taken for a drive around the track and given an informative discussion about the future direction and plans for improvements to be undertaken at Collie Motorplex from Terry, and then followed by a well received barbecue. Many thanks to Tony Roskell for supplying the lovely Porter House steaks. Most of us then walked off a full belly by walking around the track which created a lot of interesting and fun conversation.

Many thanks must go out to Ron Moller for providing the big Dennings coach and driver for us all to travel on, the big Silver super charged turbo charged 2 stroke V8 Detroit purred like a kitten all the way there and back. A big thank you to Darren Boland for organising everything and for keeping every one entertained through out the day. He also did a great job in securing a very generous donation for our club from one of our highly respected competitors.

As this social event was so successful and well received your committee is already discussing whats going to be next so if you have any ideas please send them our way.
